The NFL announced the 2012 NFL Draft order on Tuesday. Well, sort of. Obviously there are playoff matchups yet to be played. Picks 1-20 are set (click on the link above), 21-32 will shake out over the next few weeks. . Below is the criteria that will be used for picks 21-32:
- Super Bowl winner will select last. Super Bowl loser next-to-last.
- AFC and NFC Championship game losers will select 29th and 30th, based on record.
- Divisional playoff losers will select 25th-28th, based on record
- Wildcard losers will select 21st-24th, based on record.
Obviously the farther you to in the playoffs, the higher the pick.
