Will the Rams trade Marc Bulger?

The 2010 NFL Draft seems to hinge on whether or not the St. Louis Rams trade away starting quarterback Marc Bulger.
If they do we see them taking a quarterback with the first pick, even though the quarterback crop is not as good as it has been in the past. Jimmy Clausen and Sam Bradford are the two names that surface under this scenario. If not, then a defensive prospect like Nebraska's Ndamukong Suh seems to make the most sense.
