Dez Bryant moving on up Kiper board

ESPN's Mel Kiper has moved former Oklahoma State wide receiver Dez Bryant up to the #8 selection in his most recent mock draft.
Bryant is the #7 overall player on our big board, and he's far and away the top wide receiver coming out this April.
