Bulaga must overcome arm length

Iowa offensive tackle Bryan Bulaga measured in at 315 pounds, 6'5-3/8" at the 2010 NFL combine. His arm length was measured at 33-1/4", on the short side of average for NFL offensive tackles.

We have Bulaga as a top-ten pick in our pre-combine mock draft, but his arm length could move him down a few slots. Meanwhile, Jared Veldheer from Hillsdale College, had an arm-length measurement of 33", which is short for his 6'8-1/8" height.

The measurable issue will probably be bigger for Veldheer as NFL teams have little feel for him playing against top-level competition. Bulaga is a first rounder based on his production at Iowa.
