Holmgren brings Seneca to Cleveland

The Cleveland Browns have acquired Seattle Seahawks QB (WR) Seneca Wallace for an undisclosed 2011 draft pick. The move will put Wallace back with his former coach Mike Holmgren.
Will this fill an apparent need at quarterback for the Browns? We have them selecting Colt McCoy in the second round of the 2010 NFL draft.
