Rutgers outside linebacker Damaso Munoz ran 4.49 in the 40-yard dash at Rutgers' Pro Day.
We have been a bit surprised that Munoz has taken this long to become noticed. Especially by some of the bigger draft sites that have left him off their board completely.
Because of his size (5-foot-10, 221-pounds) he's fighting an uphill battle. But he'll get some looks either late in the draft or as an undrafted free agent, especially as a special teams player.
