Gerald McCoy elects not to bench

Oklahoma defensive tackle Gerald McCoy elected not to perform the bench press on Monday. "I was advised by different scouts and my agents that it wasn't necessary for me to bench," McCoy explained.
McCoy took some heat for only putting up 23 reps on the bench at the NFL Scouting Combine, but it doesn't seem to be hurting his draft stock.
