"I see myself as a quarterback and am hoping NFL teams do, too," Nevada's Colin Kaepernick said. "I see myself as a quarterback who can run. We drop back, we throw the ball. We run the read-option as a part of our offense...I definitely see myself as a pocket passer."
Kaepernick's biggest asset his is ability to create with his feet. He has the size (6-foot-6, 220-pounds) to turn into a NFL quarterback, but he still needs work on his arm and packing on a few more pounds would help.
