North Carolina defensive tackle Marvin Austin has been suspended indefinitely. "This decision is not a result of the ongoing NCAA review," says Davis. "Marvin has violated team rules and has neglected his responsibilities to the team."
Austin, along with UNC receiver Greg Little, South Carolina tight end Weslye Saunders and Alabama defensive end Marcell Dareus allegdly attended a party in Miami in May. The NCAA i investigating whether agents or runners paid for that trip. Saunders has also been suspended indefinitely from South Carolina.
