We are over halfway through the season and conference play is in full-swing. It's time to take a look at how our preseason Top 5 picks at each position have fared and discuss some risers and fallers.

Today we look at the offensive line.

Preseason Top 5

1) Gabe Carimi, OT, Sr, Wisconsin - Wisky is averaging over 220 yards per game rushing for a reason and a BIG reason is the 6'7" and 325 pound Carmi. Carmi and the Wisky offensive line are opening holes for John Clay, James White and Montee Ball in back-to-back wins over Ohio State and Iowa -- two of the better defensive lines in the country.

2) Matt Reynolds, OT, Jr, BYU - BYU has had to break in two new quarterbacks, but Reynolds has provided a stable foundation for the Cougs to lean on. He's the anchor of the Cougars offensive line and on track for a 2nd straight All-MWC selection. He'll have a big decision to make in February.

3) Anthony Castonzo, OT, Sr, Boston College  - Castonzo is arguably the top all-around tackle in the 2010 class and has looked the part so far this season.

4)Mike Pouncey, C/G, Sr, Florida - Pouncey has struggled a bit making the transition from guard to center, mainly with shotgun snaps -- kind of important for a center.  It's too early to pass judgment on if the move was a good one or not. Some growing pains were expected.

5) Rodney Hudson, OG, Sr, Florida State - The Seminoles are averaging over 210 yards rushing per game, up over 60 yards per game from 2009. Hudson has been solid in both run blocking and pass protection.

Risers and Fallers

Justin Vandervelde, OG, Sr, Iowa -  If I had to pick one offensive lineman that has stood out to me it is Vandervelde. I know guards aren't sexy picks, but he absolutely mauls people.
