Arkansas quarterback Ryan Mallett has decided to forgo his senior season and enter the 2011 NFL Draft.
With Ryan Luck deciding to stay, Mallett could be the top quarterback taken in the draft. He's got a strong arm and a good release, with little polish he could turn into a franchise quarterback.
