Mark Ingram improves 40 time at pro day

According to several reports, Alabama running back Mark Ingram ran between a 4.47 and 4.53 in the 40-yard dash at Alabama's pro day, depending on which stop watch you believe.
This marks a considerable improvement over the digitally timed 4.62 forty he ran at the combine. Comparing the two is a bit like comparing apples and oranges, but it should ease any concerns scouts may have had over his speed.
