Based on reports over the last few days the Carolina Panthers seemed to have zeroed in on roughly eight players. Georgia receiver A.J. Green is certainly one of them as well as quarterbacks Blaine Gabbert and Cam Newton.
However, quarterback Ryan Mallett is also in the mix. And if we had to venture as guess at the others it would be defensive tackle Nick Fairley, defensive tackle Marcell Dareus, defensive end Da'Quan Bowers and cornerback Patrick Peterson.
